The 21-year-old defender of Burkinabé descent is currently being courted by Die Borussen and Die Roten Bullen in an effort to secure his signature from the French elite division side ahead of the upcoming transfer windows

Bundesliga titans Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig are tracking French-born Burkinabé starlet Ismaëlo Ganiou from Ligue 1 club RC Lens, multiple reports have claimed.

The talented centre-back, who has graduated magnificently from the academy system of the  Blood and Gold, has emerged on the radar of several European giants, with Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United, Fulham, Brentford, and Paris Saint-Germain all being credited with a move for his services in the subsequent transfer markets.

According to English football portal, TEAMtalk, those in charge of recruitment at the Signal Iduna Park and the Red Bull Arena are among the potential suitors that have formed a queue for the signature of the most sought-after Burkina Faso prospect centre-half.

Having been dubbed the 'new Varane', the budding defender could be set for a move away from his boyhood club to potential suitors in the next summer transfer window given the influx of interested clubs that have circled around him in a bid to acquire his services going forward.

Ganiou has so far taken in 8 appearances across all contests for RC Lens in this ongoing campaign as he is currently nursing a knee surgery.

On the international scene, the Lille-born native youngster has won 1 cap for the Burkina Faso national football team at the senior level in his international football career so far.
