English Premier League giants Manchester City have announced the departure of young right-back Kwaku Oduroh following the expiration of his contract
Oduroh was among the five players released by Manchester City ahead of their 2022/23 season's campaign.
The English-born of Ghanaian descent signed his first professional contract with the club last summer after captaining the Manchester City Under-18s to the U18 Premier League title.
The 19-year-old defender, who joined Manchester City at age 8, managed to 21 appearances for City's U23 side in all competitions in the just ended season.
Primarily a right-back but also capable in holding midfield, Oduroh is a committed defensive presence.
He once trained with Manchester City ahead of a UEFA Champions League game against Broussia Dortmund in 2021.
Kickgh.com understands that Oduroh will be joining Tottenham Hotspur on a long-term contract this summer after a brief spell at the London based club in March.
