The Ghanaian international, Richmond Boakye, is confident of having an impressive season with the Serie B side ahead of the new Italian second-tier league campaign.
The 23-year-old forward has pledged to help his club, Latina Calcio, by giving his best to lead them to victory as they look forward to gain promotion to the top-flight league.
The ex-Ghana U20 star has also assured the club's fans to put their trust in him as he is looking forward to restoring the pride they require of him ahead of the pre-eminent season.
"I want to prove who truly Boakye is ahead of our new league season. I believe in God that he'll be on my side to help me achieve this target of mine," he told his club's official website.
"This year is my year as well as Latina as we look forward to have a successful season. I've a lot to offer to both the fans and the society at large," he added.
The lanky forward continued: "I thank the fans for the patience and the affection they've expressed in me even in times of difficulties. This has always triggered my zeal to play hard for my club (Latina Calcio) in most important games in a season,"
"I promise to give them back the trust they've had in me since the past year as I'll be giving out my best for them in the forthcoming league season."
Boakye Yiadom has sworn his unflinching desire to helping his club achieve success in the upcoming league campaign.
