Berlin FC bankroller, Takyi Arhin, has served notice that the Ghana FA could be faced with severe legal tussles with clubs who want to gain promotion into the country's top-flight league next season.

The outspoken football administrator has indictated that the possibility of the emergence of a serious legal issue against the football governing body is very high as such tussle could not be tackled by any court of law.

Takyi Arhin's side were ducted six points by the GFA disciplinary committee following the fielding of an unqualified player in their match against Bolga All Stars in the GN Bank division one league in zone one.

Nevertheless, the tough-talking administrator says the verdict given out by the disciplinary committee does not hold, adding that his outfit are yet to tender in their appeal.

"What happened last year between Techiman City and Wa African United is the same thing that's bound to happen again this year. This time round, the legal issues could be worse as compared to that of last year based on information reaching us from serious sources of grievances," he told Kumasi-based radio station Ahoto FM.

He continued: "I don't think any law court could stand the legal issue that's likely to emerge as a result of biased verdict which always comes from the ruling body of the Ghana FA's disciplinary commitee. Many will be following the footsteps of Tema Youth case under the auspices of their chairman, Osei Winfred Parma."

Last year's league was delayed due to the legal tussle between Tema Youth and Ghana Football Association.
