Former Hearts of Oak and Kotoko midfielder, Charles Taylor has stated emphatically clear that, Otto Addo isn't the right man to lead Ghana to the World Cup.
The Borussia Dortmund after a disappointing AFCON campaign, took over and has been eight months now, having qualified the country to the 2022 World Cup.
He is expected to announce a provisional man squad of 35-55 players which will later be trimmed down to the final 26.
The team just recently didn't look impressive in their last two friendlies, losing to five time world champions Brazil and recorded an unconvincing win over less-fancied Nicaragua.
Speaking on Angel TV with Saddick Adam, the ex- Black Stars midfielder believes the team has quality that can make a big impact at the Mundial but the problem is the coach whom he believe isn't up to the task. He said;
"I have said for Otto Addo, he is not a coach to lead Ghana to the World Cup. Because he has the team all right but he does not know how to organize them."
"So we should rather look for those who can put the team together so that the players who are actively playing will be handed the start while those who are not playing actively will be on the bench," he added.
The 2022 FIFA World Cup is slated for November 20, 2022 in Qatar.
