The Ghana Premier League is set to roar back into Week 3 this weekend and then action continues with a clash between Karela United and Dreams FC at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Stadium.
Karela have three points from their opening two games and their numbers seem ‘not all that bad’ to start the season with a win against Tamale City and a defeat against Accra Lions, while Dreams FC have had quite a positive start to their campaign. The Still Believe lads have two wins to start this season.
It’s clear Karela hasn't solved their struggles in the front third. Their inability to score more during away games is simply unsustainable, and they are in for a serious battle this season if they can’t improve and trek cautiously.

Dreams secured probably the luckiest win I’ve ever seen last weekend against regional rivals Kotoko Royals and will need to lift their game if they’re to stay in the top four or go ahead to pull a surprise and win the league this season.
Both sides look set as though they can get three points out of this fixture, which will make for a high scoring, high tempo and an attacking, entertaining game. With that said, I expect Karela United to be too strong here, as Dreams presents an excellent opportunity for Karela to rebound and return to the winning column.
However, a win for Dreams may be a tall order, as they’ll go three games, three wins.
