Ghanaian forward Douglas Owusu helped FK Radnik Surdulica secure promotion to the Serbian Super Liga with one game to spare in the Prva Liga.
Their promotion to the top flight was confirmed on Sunday afternoon following their 2-1 win over OFK Vrsac in the Championship Group.
Owusu, a naturally gifted left footed right winger was involved in the win - starting and seeing 62 minutes of action.
He has been a key player for Radnik since arriving from Ghanaian lower tier side Asekem FC in 2024 during the summer window.
The 19-year-old has featured in 32 league games, notching twice and managing six assists for the club since his arrival.
