Ghana Premier League leaders, Aduana Stars, improved their away numbers to three games on Tuesday with a battling lone goal over Great Olympics at the WAFA Park in Sogakope to hold on to their perch atop of the leaderboard.

The Fire Boys dominated proceedings early on and grabbed the opener after 35 minutes of play as Oly Dade midfielder Raymond Oko Grippman scored an own goal which eventually was the only goal of the match as Aduana picked up the maximum points.

Olympics, who seemed a bit frustrated after the own goal were unable to capitalize on their many opportunities, as the Aduana defense held them at bay for 90 minutes.

Aduana sits on top of the table with 19 points, while Great Olympics is in sixth position with 14 points.
