The 19-year-old talented rising star says his fellow countryman played an integral role over his move to the Danish top-tier side in this ongoing January transfer window

Ghanaian youngster Enock Otoo has revealed that talks with former team-mate, Willy Kumado contributed to his transfer move to Lyngby Boldklub, with "only good things being said about his new employers" before linking up with them.

The former Right to Dream Academy graduate, who was also courted by several admirers, sealed a three-year deal with the Danish side from FC Nordsjaelland in this winter window.

Otoo, who is set to team up with his compatriot at his new club, had this to tell the club's official website right after signing the deal: "l am incredibly happy that I have now signed with Lyngby Boldklub. I know the club as a club that really wants their young talents, and I have heard very good things about the environment. I see Lyngby Boldklub as a place where I can develop both on and off the pitch, so that I can take a good and important step towards becoming the best version of myself."

He continued:  "l have of course spoken to Willy about Lyngby Boldklub, and he has only had good things to say. I am looking forward to stepping into Lyngby Stadium in front of lots of people, and I hope to be able to excite the many good fans."

He will be wearing the number 33 shirt.
