German-born Ghanaian midfielder Kingsley Schindler has admitted that it would be 'a dream' to earn a Ghana call-up from Otto Addo for the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar.
Schindler understands he must jazz and put up an impressive form to fulfil his dream of playing for the West African powerhouse in the global showpiece.
The 29-year-old has made his intention to represent Ghana, despite being eligible to play for Germany.
"I've said many times that it's a dream of mine to play for my parents' country.
Schindler spoke highly of Otto Addo and disclosed that they're always in contact with each other.
"Of course, we know each other and are always in contact. That spurs you on. I want to play good games with Köln and continue to gas. Then Otto Addo has to decide,” Kingsley Schindler said.
