A move to ensure Ghana Football grow from all sphere is being pursued rightfully by the Football Association with aid coming in from the corporate world.

After the Ghana Premier League and the National Women's League securing some sponsors to ease some pressure and burden on clubs, the FA has successfully secured one for the Division One League.

Access Bank are in and are the official banking partners for the FA and the Division One Football in Ghana investing about $250,000 for a year for that division.

Thus far, this could be the most refreshing news that could be well served to the corridors of Division One clubs who have had to struggle to last an entire football calendar.

With a huge number of 48 clubs to be sharing a paltry amount of $250,000 for a year, it could leave many to be worried, especially those that "pull the triggers" within the Division One belt in financing their activities.

In as much as this is a microcosm of what needs to be done to ameliorate the ills and downward trends of hooliganism in Division One, a step forward yet to far has been reached with this sponsorship from Access Bank.

This goes a long way to mean that, when those within the helm of affairs put in tireless and undying efforts to ensure and leave within their mandate and manifestos, much more is possible to be gotten from the corporate world.

It can be reported from credible source that, forces within the GFA were insistence on partnering institutions for the grow of both if there would be investment in local football and Access Bank were the only company who fell to the direction of the FA.

Resoluteness, perseverance and persistence from the Football Association has taken giant strides to send the second tier football on a movable pedestal of greater heights.

This isn't a call for merry, not even close, but a tap on the shoulder of those in higher heights in football to cross boarders in seeking to help clubs via sponsorship.
