Former captain of Hearts of Oak, Abdul Fatawu Mohammed has added his voice following the club’s abysmal performance in the past two seasons.

 


The Phobians has had a torrid season in the last two years, failing to finish in the top ten peckings of the Ghana Premier League.



Hearts finished 14th in the recenly-concluded Ghana Premier League campaign, promping their fans to cry foul and pose questions to the club.



Speaking on YouTube channel DelSoka, Fatawu Mohammed, who is currently playing for Karela United wrin out his sadness about his former club's struggles in recent times.



“That is where we all started. Hearts of Oak is in our blood. For the past two seasons, things have not been going on well for the team and that’s how football is. I will urge my colleagues there not to give up. They should keep fighting. We pray that next season will be successful for the team” he said.



Hearts of Oak will be aiming to come good next season with the 2024/25 league season slated to start in September 2024.
