Ghana Premier League side Nsoatreman FC have entered into discussions to appoint highly-rated gaffer Samuel Boadu as their new head coach ahead of the new season.

The 'Efiri Tete Amanaso' outfit are looking to name the Berekum Chelsea gaffer to take over the vacant role in Nsoatre following the exit of coach Maxwell Konadu.

The latter is set to join South African fold Black Leopards and has even been confirmed by the club's Chairman with Konadu expected to join them by the end of this week.

The former Black Stars assistant coach led the Green-Yellows to a top finish in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season and won the FA Cup in addition.

In his absence, reports state they are very close to reaching agreement with Boadu, who achieved the domestic treble in the 2020/21 season with Hearts of Oak.

Nsoatreman FC will very soon resume for preseason and prepare for the upcoming season and represent Ghana in the CAF Confederations Cup next season.
