In other matches of the day with top four implications, Accra Lions held Aduana Stars to a draw stalemate at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Debutante side Accra Lions needing all three points at home managed to divvy the points with visiting Dormaa Aduana Stars to climb to the 12th spot with 40 points, whilst Aduana dropped to the 5th spot with 44 points.
In a fairly defensive match that saw a lot of action in the middle of the field and failed to yield any clear cut scoring opportunities for either team, both sides, especially Lions will be contented with the outcome which left them grateful for not succumbing to the open fire of the Ogya lads right on their home turf.
