Communications Director of Asante Kotoko SC, Samuel Sarfo Duku Esq. wants the remaining Premier League clubs to join force with them to have their demands met and added it will be unfair if they decide not to rally behind them.

This is on the back of the measures the Porcupine Warriors have asked the Ghana FA to put in place after the painful death of their staunch supporter 'Nana Pooley' weeks ago in their match-day 19 fixture against Nsoatreman FC in Nsoatre.

The Porcupine Warriors want security measures to be enhanced at match centers, fair share of TV rights, autonomous league to be introduced and others.

In a joint-statement released with their bitter rivals Hearts of Oak, they emphasized they want things to be put in the right place or they will not continue with the league.

However, rumours have it that, the remaining clubs are yet to throw their full support behind Kotoko in this matter and are seeking for the league to resume as soon as possible.

Speaking on Akoma FM in Kumasi, the seasoned Lawyer has urged all clubs to bear with them since what they are pushing for is for the betterment of Ghana football as a whole.

"I am not aware that the other 16 clubs are requesting a restart of the game from the FA, but I believe that would be unfair to us (Kotoko) because what we seek is not only in the best interests of Kotoko and Hearts, but also of our game as a whole."

"So, I believe that we will not be pushed or obliged to restart the game due to pressure from any contest. We will insist on the best reforms, the standard reforms, to help strengthen the game."

"After all, it will benefit all clubs, so why the rush?"
