The talented teenager has penned a contract extension with the Danish top-flight outfit, with the fresh terms to come to a close in 2027

Danish-born Ghanaian teenager Noah Nartey has signed a three-year contract extension with Danish Superliga side Brondby IF, the club have confirmed.

The 18-year-old budding star courted interest from suitors but the Brøndby Stadium outfit have moved quickly to tie him down to a long-term contract beyond this summer.

"Brøndby IF can announce that they have entered into a contract extension with our 18-year-old midfielder Noah Nartey," an official confirmation over the extension deal read.

The Ghana-prospect teenager was full of joy after penning his fresh terms with his boyhood club: "l am incredibly happy that Brøndby IF shows their trust in me by wanting to extend with me, and that trust has been reciprocated. The club has had a clear plan for my development from the start, and I feel that I am being supported and challenged in the right way. It has been fantastic to become part of the first team squad and great to be able to contribute on the pitch, so I look forward to continuing my development in Brøndby. The competition is tough, but that's something that motivates me even more."

Sporting director Carsten V. Jensen also added to his communications network: "We are very pleased that today we can announce the contract extension with Noah Nartey. Noah has made the journey from Brøndby Masterclass to our Superliga squad and into the starting eleven in record time. Noah is a superbly skilled and technical player, but he also possesses a strong mentality which helps him raise his level when he meets new challenges. Noah's teammates clearly trust him on the field and we are happy that we will now continue the journey together."

He continued: "At Brøndby IF, we have a tradition of developing young players for our first team. Our many skilled trainers, specialists and managers in Brøndby Masterclass do a great job, and they have a huge share in young talents like Noah having a setup and training environment where they can unfold their talent. The extension of Nartey's contract is also a clear signal that we still want our self-developed Masterclass players to be an essential element in building the Superliga squad."

Given his Ghanaian heritage, he remains eligible to represent Ghana at the international level despite playing for the Denmark U17, U18 & U19 national youth teams.
