Ghanaian international Jojo Wollacot made his comeback for Hibernian in the Scottish Premier League after recovering from injury.

The Black Stars goalkeeper was named in the starting lineup as Hibernian played to a 2-2 draw against Ross County at Easter Road on Tuesday night.

Hibernian took the lead through a goal from French forward Thody Elie Youan in the 42nd minute, and Jair Tavares extended their lead shortly after halftime.

However, Ross County staged a comeback with an own goal from Belgian defender Allan Delferriere and a goal from Jordan White in the 82nd minute, resulting in a 2-2 draw.

Wollacot, 27, had been sidelined since August due to an injury sustained during a match against Inter d’Escaldes in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifiers.

He was forced to exit the match after just 17 minutes due to the injury, which kept him out of action for two months.

His return is a significant boost for Hibernian and the Black Stars, who are scheduled to face Madagascar and Comoros in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers this month. Wollacot is expected to be available for the national team as they aim to secure victories against Madagascar and Comoros in the qualifiers.
