The Techiman based Premier League outfit staged a comeback to beat Hearts of Oak in their match-week 30 outstanding fixture to move out of the relegation zone.
Eleven Wonders came from behind to record a 2-1 home win over Hearts of Oak in the Ghana Premier League match-week 30 outstanding fixture at the Nana Ameyaw Park in Techiman.
The Phobians started the fixture on a good note as a pressure was mounted on Eleven Wonders to concede before the half-hour mark.
On the 12th minute, Kwadwo Obeng Junior announced his return from a long injury layoff with a brilliant strike to hand Hearts of Oak the lead.
Defender James Serwornu nearly doubled the lead for the Rainbow club but his strike on the 35th minute was denied by the woodwork.
Hearts of Oak held onto the lead until the stroke of halftime after a penalty was awarded to the host which was brilliantly converted by Tetteh Nortey to ended the first half in a one-all draw.
In the second half, Eleven Wonders continued their impressive performance to enjoy majority of the possession with hopes of registering the match-winner.
Eleven Wonders came close to score a second goal after the hour-mark but a shot from George Osei on 73rd minute was prevent by the post.
Former Ebusua Dwarfs striker Moro Sumaila secured all the three maximum points for Eleven Wonders with his goal on the 94th minute of the game.
Eleven Wonders are currently out of the relegation zone following the 2-1 win over Hearts of Oak in Techiman, with two games to end the season.
