SuperSport, now part of the CANAL+ Africa and MultiChoice Group merger, will deliver wall-to-wall coverage of the tournament with live broadcasts, behind-the-scenes access, and in-depth analysis across platforms.

“Our newly formed merger with the MultiChoice Group has already unlocked opportunities and benefits for our customers,” said David Mignot, CEO of CANAL+ Africa. “The TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025 is a great demonstration of this ambition, bringing together our expertise to offer unprecedented coverage and bring fans closer to the game.”

As part of the deal, SuperSport will launch a dedicated AFCON 2025 channel, packed with exclusive interviews, expert commentary, and features from African football legends.

CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe hailed the agreement as a key step in CAF’s commitment to innovation and inclusivity.

“This agreement reflects our shared vision to make African football more accessible and to celebrate the pride and passion of our continent through the AFCON,” he said.

With Morocco set to host the 2025 edition, the stage is being set for one of the most widely viewed tournaments in AFCON history and this new broadcast partnership ensures that millions of fans across Africa won’t miss a single kick of the action.
