Prince George Koffie has parted ways with Swedru All Blacks just weeks after leading the club to Ghana Premier League promotion, the club confirmed on Wednesday.
Koffie guided the historic Swedru-based side to the top flight after a strong campaign in Zone II of the Division One League, culminating in a playoff victory that sealed their return to the elite division after more than a decade.
However, despite the achievement, both parties have mutually agreed to part company ahead of the 2025/26 season.
Koffie’s exit comes as a surprise to many, given his success in restoring the club’s Premier League status. Under his leadership, All Blacks produced one of the most consistent campaigns in the second tier and showed tactical discipline throughout the season.
Kickgh.com sources confirmed that Koffie is aiming to seek new challenges, elsewhere, as he is likely to attract interest from other top-tier clubs following his impressive work with All Blacks
The club is expected to announce a new head coach in the coming days as preparations begin for their first Premier League campaign since 2009.
