Vice President of the Ghana Football Association, Mark Addo has said that the West African nation is privileged to have Kurt Okraku as the leader of its football governing body.
Okraku was elected into the office of the Ghana Football Association in 2019 following the Anas Exposé which led to the dissolution of the Kwesi Nyantakyi's administration by FIFA.
Addo believes the football ecosystem is privileged for Kurt Okraku's administration and will re-elect his boss for another term following his incredible job for the football association in the last four years.
Kurt Okraku has already filed his nomination for the Ghana Football Association Presidential election and he will be challenged by George Afriyie, who contested the last election in 2023.
“Ghana is lucky to have Kurt Okraku as the person leading our football and when re-elected, he’s the best to help us get our football back to the glory days,” Mark Addo told Akoma FM in an interview
The Ghana Football Association elections which was slated for September 27 has been postponed following an injunction filed against the association by King Faisal FC.
