The Ghana Premier League landscape after Matchday 11 shows a clear split between the top flight’s best travellers and the most formidable sides on home turf, with Hearts of Oak and Bibiani Goldstars topping the respective standings.
Hearts of Oak remain the league’s strongest away side, registering three victories on the road, which is the highest in the top flight so far. A chasing pack of Aduana FC, Asante Kotoko, and Medeama SC sit just behind them with two away wins apiece, while Heart of Lions, Young Apostles, GoldStars, and Swedru All Blacks complete the top seven with one away win each.
At the other end of the balance sheet, Goldstars have turned the Dun’s Park into one of the most unforgiving venues in the league. The Miners top the home-form table with five wins from five as they share that benchmark with Heart of Lions and Aduana FC.
Medeama SC, FC Samartex, and Karela United follow closely with four home wins, while Young Apostles, Vision FC, Berekum Chelsea, and Asante Kotoko sit jointly on three victories.
The statistics reveal the varying strengths across the league, with Hearts' proving tough on their travels, Goldstars’ dominance in Bibiani, and the gradual rise of sides such as Young Apostles and Karela United who continue to solidify their foothold in mid-table.
