The one-time continental club masters are believed to have defaulted in the payment of the transfer fee of the 21-year-old forward to his former employers and are likely to incur the wrath of the world's football governing body if they fail to fulfill their contractual obligations going forward.
A report by Kumasi-based Silver FM/ TV has indicated that an amount of $10,000 remaining transfer fee is yet to be settled by the Phobians to the lvory Coast lower division club after cashing in on their star forward to them two years ago.
