Jindo Morishita, the Japanese attacker of Accra Great Olympics, has expressed his frustration over his limited playing time in the ongoing Betpawa Premier League under new coach Bismark Kobi Mensah.
Despite joining the Dade Boys from Ebusua Dwarfs during the second transfer window, the 25-year-old has struggled to feature for the two-time premier league champions this season.
Jindo hopes to contribute to the team's success and stay afloat in the league this season. Great Olympics secured a crucial victory against Berekum Chelsea, ending their five-game winless streak in the league under Bismark Kobi-Mensah.
“Well, you know as a player, you always want to deliver value on the pitch and if you are not given enough time, it is always frustrating.”
"As I keep saying, it is not always about myself. It is about the team first so I respect the coach. I trust him and I am always preparing myself to be ready when called upon"
"I always want to deliver a good performance in front of my Japanese family and the Olympic fans in general.”
The team will now face league leaders Aduana FC in the match week 26 of the Betpawa Premier League.
