Barcelona centre-forward Memphis Depay paid a visit to Ghana’s president Nana Akufo-Addo at the Jubilee House on Thursday.
The Dutch-born player with Ghanaian roots is currently in Ghana for holidays before joining his teammates for pre-season for the 2022/23 season.
The 28-year-old was involved in Netherlands UEFA Nations League games last week where he scored the winner in the game against Wales.
Depay presented an autographed jersey to Nana Akufo-Addo when he paid a courtesy call to him.
He will engage in other philanthropic works during his short visit to Ghana.
The former Manchester United striker has been visiting Ghana at the end of every season in the past three years.
