Madagascar won't have the opportunity to host Ghana in their capital, Antananarivo as expected, in the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers and have been moved to Al Hoceima, in Northern part of Morocco.
The reason being that, the Mahamasina Municipal Stadium in Antananarivo is still not in the best of state and shape therefore wasn't approved by CAF to host the epic clash coming up.
Due to this, the Malagasy will now play Ghana at the 12,000 seater Mimoun Al Arsi Stadium in Al Hoceima, Morocco.
This definitely isn't what the Barea wanted as they wished to host the four-time African champions on home soil and have their fans behind them as they seek nothing but a revenge and will head in with so much eagerness knowing that a win will see them leapfrog Ghana in the Group I table.
The Black Stars are currently in second position after four games, tying up with leaders Comoros on 9 points each and know it's very paramount to secure maximum points in this upcoming fixture.
They will face Chad in Accra on March 21, before they face Madagascar in three days time in next months' international window.
