The evergreen wonderkid, who is now living his dream in plying his trade with the Rojiblancos as an academy graduate, has expressed his excitement after making his first-team bow with his boyhood club in the Spanish top-flight
Ghanaian-Spanish teenager Taufik Seidu has described his Atletico Madrid debut against Barcelona in La Liga as an ''incredible feeling'', with the Metropolitano Stadium outfit told playing for them at the senior level has now become a '' fulfilled dream'' on his part as a budding star for his promising playing career so far.

The 18-year-old midfielder reached the milestone when he was introduced into the game in the second half by the Argentine manager Diego Simeone - a clash he expressed his disappointment for their 1-2 defeat to the away side on Saturady evening.
''A very happy day for me, although we couldn’t get the three points. The work of the team was impressive,” he told Sporty TV. ''lt is an incredible feeling to make my debut in front of the fans against Barcelona. The atmosphere was incredible. It’s a pity we couldn’t get three points, but we have to keep going because special things are coming.”

Seidu revealed that he had words of encouragement and motivation from his manager Diego Simeone before he was introduced into the game.
''The manager told me to be calm, enjoy and have personality, and that is what I tried to do today.''
After rising through the academy ranks to the mainstream squad, the talented teenager said making his debut with the first-team remains a great moment for him as that has been his childhood dream, thus playing for a big team like Atletico Madrid.

''I always dreamed of playing for big teams like Atletico Madrid, and today I am fulfilling that dream. I am very happy. I was born in Ghana and moved when I was young, and this moment means a lot to me.''
With this milestone, the 18-year-old is set to ignite a tussle between the Ghana FA and the Royal Spanish Football Federation for his nationality allegiance at the senior national football team levels.
