Ghana international Kasim Nuhu Adams will officially part ways with Swiss Super League outfit Servette FC upon expiry of his contract this month, bringing an end to his brief stint with the Geneva-based club.

The 29-year-old central defender joined Servette on a short-term deal in August 2024 after a challenging spell in Germany with TSG Hoffenheim.

However, after less than a full season with the Swiss side, both parties have mutually agreed not to extend his contract beyond the 2024/202 campaign.

"Kasim Adams, Victory Beniangba, and Joseph Nonge will also be leaving Servette FC at the end of the season. At the end of their contracts or on loan, these players will be free at the end of June. The club thanks them for their season in the club and wishes them the best for the rest of their careers," stated the club in an official release on their portal.

Adams made 18 appearances in all competitions for Servette, helping the club secure a second-placed finish and qualification for European football next season.

While he featured prominently during the first half of the campaign, a series of minor injuries and tactical shifts limited his playing time in the latter stages.

Sources close to the player indicate that Kasim Adams is now evaluating offers from clubs in Belgium, Turkey, and the Middle East, as he looks to revive his career ahead of Ghana’s upcoming World Cup qualifiers.

“Kasim is focused on his next move. He still has a lot to offer, and he’s looking for the right project—one where he can play regularly and compete at a high level,” a representative told Kickgh.com.

Adams, who has earned over 10 caps for the Black Stars, was once a key member of Ghana’s defensive unit, featuring in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations. However, inconsistent club form in recent seasons has seen him drift out of contention.

With Ghana set to resume 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in September this year, a strong and consistent run of form at club level could put him back on Otto Addo’s radar.
