Mordecai Boahene Zuhs, a 21-year-old Ghanaian central defender, has put pen to paper on a two-year contract with German Regionalliga club FC Düren.

The talented youngster makes the move from SV Rödinghausen, another Regionalliga side, and is expected to bring much-needed stability to FC Düren's defense as they aim to secure promotion to the 3. Bundesliga.

Born in Eschweiler, Germany, to Ghanaian parents, Zuhs is the younger brother of Kwame Boahene, a former attacking midfielder who has played for Medeama, Kotoko, and the Black Satellites.

Standing at 6 feet 3 inches tall, Zuhs honed his skills at the prestigious Bayern Monchengladbach Academy before making his professional debut.

In addition to his time at SV Rödinghausen, Zuhs has also played for Rot Weiss Ahlen and Alemannia Aachen.

He has also represented the youth teams of Borussia Monchengladbach and is known for his strong left foot. With his impressive height and defensive prowess, Zuhs is expected to be a valuable addition to FC Düren's backline.

Zuhs' signing is seen as a coup for FC Düren, who are looking to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.

With his experience and skills, he is likely to play a key role in the team's push for promotion.
