The talented teenager of Ghanaian descent has inked his first professional contract with the French top-flight outfit until the next three football seasons
French Ligue 1 side FC Nantes have handed French-born Ghanaian teenager Stredair Appuah his first professional contract, with the deal set to see him at the Stade de la Beaujoire until 2026.
The 19-year-old left-footed winger has been impressive with the U19 youth team since joining in the summer of 2021. However, following his superb display, he was made to feature for the reserve side in the just ended National 2 championship.
A statement confirming the first professional contract of the former PSG youth man reads: "FC Nantes is very happy to announce the signing of the first professional contract of Stredair Appuah (18 years old). He signed up until 2026 with the Yellow and Green."
Born and raised in Paris to Ghanaian parents, Appuah is eligible to play for Ghana on the international stage as he is yet to be capped by the French national team.
