The nimble left-footed winger believes his hard work throughout the just ended season earned him his first professional contract with the French top-flight outfit
French-born Ghanaian teenager Stredair Appuah has stated that his first professional contract with FC Nantes came about as a results of " the work done throughout this season", with the teenager adding "it's a lot of emotions and pride to sign as a professional at FC Nantes."
The 19-year-old was handed his first professional contract by the Stade de la Beaujoire outfit following his excellent performances at the youth sides since his arrival in 2021.
"It's a source of great pride for me and my family. the former PSG youth player told his club's official website
"This professional contract is the reward for the work done throughout this season. It has been a complicated but very rewarding season. I started with the U19 Nationals , before moving on to National 2 and then finishing with the professional group. For me, it's a lot of emotions and pride to sign as a professional at FC Nantes."

Born and raised in Paris to Ghanaian parents, Appuah is eligible to play for Ghana on the international stage as he is yet to be capped by the French national team.
