Dreams FC rescued a crucial point in dramatic fashion after Seidu Surah’s late goal denied Nations FC victory in Matchweek 23 of the Ghana Premier League at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.
The hosts looked determined from the onset, showing attacking intent early in the game. Emmanuel Annor nearly put Nations FC ahead but was denied by an impressive save from the Dreams FC goalkeeper.
Shortly after, Mac-Williams Boateng delivered a delightful pass into the path of Joseph Effah, yet the forward failed to convert the opportunity.
Nations FC returned from halftime with renewed energy, and their persistence paid off almost immediately. Suweidu Sulemana capped off a well-worked move to give the home side a deserved lead just moments into the second half.

Despite going behind, Dreams FC quickly reorganized. Head coach Winfred Dormon introduced Joseph Nermoden in place of Aminu Adams in a tactical reshuffle aimed at chasing the game.
The substitution injected urgency into the visitors’ play as they pushed forward in search of an equalizer.
Nations FC appeared poised to claim all three points, but their advantage lasted only ten minutes. Former Hearts of Oak player Seidu Surah rose to the occasion, finding the back of the net to level the score.
His late strike ensured Dreams FC walked away with a hard-earned draw, bringing a thrilling contest to a dramatic conclusion.
