Hearts of Oak new head coach, Mas-Ud Didi Dramani is very hopeful that the club’s recent transfer ban will be lifted so they will be able to enter the transfer market to strengthen their squad ahead of next season
The 59-year-old was appointed over a week ago as the club’s new main gaffer, taking over from Ivorian international Aboubakar Ouattara - who has been in charge for almost two years
He comes in together with his able assistants; Fiifi Parker Hanson and Abdulai Gazale alongside other strong technical members, who are looking to help establish a redoubtable team for the ‘Phobians’ who aim at winning the league next season
The Rainbow Club as it stands, won’t be able to sign or transfer a player following the transfer ban slapped on them by the Ghana FA over failure to settle New Edubiase United’s $70,000 transfer fee of lanky midfielder Salim Adams
In a recent interview, the experienced tactician feels the reason behind their ban isn’t anything huge as he strongly believes everything will be put in place for the ban to be overturned, he told Joy Sports
"I'm very positive. In the long run, it's all about monetary in balances that will be taken care of," the former Black Stars assistant coach said.
"I’m hoping that at the end of the day, the club will fulfil their obligations and will be free to do their business," Dramani added.
Mas-Ud Didi Dramani’s first test will be against bitter rivals Asante Kotoko this week in the President Cup. They will travel to Nigeria right after to partake in the much-anticipated Eko International Tournament
