Striker Edward Afum sheds light on his experiences playing for two of Ghana's most prestigious clubs, Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak.
The 34-year-old had a spell with the Porcupine Warriors before making a move to their rivals, Hearts of Oak.
In Ghana, there has been an ongoing debate about which club holds more significance in a footballer's career.
Afum contributes his perspective to the discussion, emphasizing that he derived benefits from both teams during his tenure with them.
Speaking to Koforidua-based Bryt FM, the currently unattached player expressed his satisfaction with his time at both Kotoko and Hearts of Oak.
“I enjoyed playing for both Kotoko and Hearts of Oak. I was satisfied with the treatment meted out by both clubs. I had a good spell with both teams, so I was happy,” he remarked.
Afum's future in football remains uncertain, as he is yet to confirm whether he will return to active play or retire from the sport.
