The Black Stars of Ghana are set for two high-profile friendly matches against South Korea and Japan in the upcoming November international window.
The four-time African champions are on the verge of securing qualification to the next FIFA World Cup and that will be fifth in their history after 2006, 2010, 2014 and 2022.
Ghana are currently leading Group I with 22 points - culminated from seven wins, a draw and a defeat each from their opening nine matches in the qualifying campaign and need just a draw on final day to secure qualification.
However, it has been confirmed now the Black Stars will face two giants from Asia; Japan and Soutg Korea in what will be a very tough test for coach Otto Addo to assess the growth of his team especially heading into the 2026 football year.
The Black Stars will first take on the Blue Samurai of Japan on November 14, before they play South Korea on November 17, 2025.
Ghana will wrap up their campaign against Comoros in the final game on Monday, October 13, 2025.
