Real Tamale United's midfielder, Baba Kushibo, points to poor management as the primary reason for the club's relegation from the Ghana Premier League.

Speaking to Peace FM, Kushibo expressed frustration over the mishandling of issues, notably the recent boycott of their match against Dreams FC.

The boycott stemmed from the players' protest against six months of unpaid salaries. According to Nhyira FM, the players refused to travel for the scheduled match in Dawu. Kushibo confirmed the incident, citing it as a recurring problem.

"In short, it's about poor management from start to finish. People aren't telling us the truth, and that was our demand," Kushibo stated. He recounted a previous incident where the team arrived at a venue hours after their scheduled time due to mismanagement.

Real Tamale United's season has been marred by challenges both on and off the pitch.

The club's relegation was confirmed ahead of their final match against Accra Great Olympics.
