The Still Believe lads recorded a vital 2-1 win over the lower division side at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in the first semi final of the FA Cup on Saturday afternoon.
The 'Still Believe' lads got their opening two goals in less than 20 minutes from kickoff through Simba Sylvester and Huzaif Ali but got their two-goal margin reduced by margin kind courtesy Eric Antwi Konadu for the losing side.
The lower division side had a penalty initially to level the score when it was 1-0 but was blown off by Baba Musah.
The veteran gaffer in a post-match interview with StarTimes, feels very elated for achieving such a historic feet and will set sights on nothing but the ultimate this time around.
"I told you from the beginning that playing from a lesser to the top is very difficult. I didn't hide it. I knew I will win but will find it difficult and this is what has happened so winning today has motivated me to fight for the cup but I wasn't surprised with the way they played."
"We qualifying to the final is big plus to the team and myself because it also improve my CV so escaping relegation is normal and I will do it, Insha Allah."
Dreams FC will now shift their attention to securing survival in the league when they face Berekum Chelsea in the next round of matches
